The staff are really friendly and helpful. Free tea and coffee is available in the spacious reception area, which is comfy and a good place to sit and chat. Great breakfast also!
Stayed here for a business event in the ICC. Location was perfect. Staff were really helpful. Check in and out was fast and efficient. The lobby area is very pretty.
Great place, had a wonderful anime event. Lots of kind friendly people and very attentive staff. I had the pleasure to watch the women's cricket that was on whilst the event was on and I wasn't disappointed!
I had the unfortunate experience of staying at this hotel for 1 night, I am glad I did not stay any longer. Halfway through the night as me and my partner were asleep we were woken up to a noise coming from the adjacent room to ours. The noise was brief and at the time we were unable to make out what it was. However, at this point we were now awake and attempted to fall back to sleep. At approximately 7.30am we heard a noise again, this time we were more alert to it as we were unable to fall back to sleep. The noise was coming from the adjacent room again and there was a rhythmic banging noise which lasted around 30 minutes. You will find on this review a video of the noise as evidence. We could also hear moaning coming from the room so it became clearly evident that there was a sexual interaction taking place. This was extremely uncomfortable and disturbing and completely ruined our stay at the hotel. At the point of check out we raised this with the person at the desk, who advised he was the manager named Mark. He showed no empathy at all regarding our horrible experience and did nothing in regards to handling the complaint.
The hospitality is very good and the food taste really good. I love the secret garden restaurant. It has a bar restaurant as well which is accessible till early morning. I can say that it is one of the best Hyatt hotels I have Birmingham casino stayed or visited.
It's a decent place to come and is full of eateries. Does get a bit to busy of a weekend. Overall it's a good place to bring your kids.

The parking is free and is quite big. I normally go here on the weekend and in the afternoon I never had to wait for parking, always been able to find a spot straight away. Overall it's a good place where you could easily spend a whole day.
Fried eggs were solid and had been sitting there for some time by the look of it. Everything on the buffet was tepid- nowhere near hot enough. We only got offered fresh eggs and sour dough avocado when we had finished trying to eat the awful buffet.
